We want every homeowner who reaches out to Kitloans Tree Service to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to raise a concern and what comes next. It is a general template, not legal advice.
You are welcome to write to us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own quotes, pricing, work and customer service. If something goes wrong with tree work at your home, the usual first step is to talk with the provider directly and keep a written record.
Please still tell us. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider who repeatedly falls short may be removed. Know that Kitloans Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed contractors, your state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
